Water Damaged Dining Room in Pflugerville, TX

This dining room suffered water damage due to a leak in the foundation which made its way up through the concrete slab and into the sheetrock and framework. Several days passed before the damage was severe enough for the homeowner to notice, and SERVPRO of Pflugerville was contacted. Due to the ceramic tile the obvious signs of water damage were minimal, but with our moisture meters and thermal cameras we were able to show the hoomeowners the true extent of the damage.
